The About Time app is available in the Google (Android) and Apple (iOS) App Stores and can be used on the most common mobile devices. The app is available for both your mobile phone and your tablet.

Via the menu, go to 'Settings'.

One of the options you see here is 'Change password'. Enter your current password and then the new password you want to use twice.

Choose a secure password, which must consist of at least 14 characters, of which at least one is a number and at least one is a letter.

In About Time you store a lot of important and personal information. Safety therefore has the highest priority.

To prevent others from easily guessing your password, a password must comply with at least the following rules:

• At least 14 characters long
• At least one digit
• At least one letter

Tip: Choose a few words that you put together, so that the password is easy for you to remember.

You are the only one who has access to your own data, unless you set this differently.
It is important that you choose a strong password that is not easy to guess. This prevents someone from guessing your password and thus gaining access to your account.

If you invite a confidant to the app - which we advise you to do - you decide who will have access to your account at which stage of your life, or only after your death. You can only give your confidant(s) reading rights, but also the right to edit your profile.

About Time is an online platform that can be adjusted and/or supplemented by you at any time.

Certain parts are available for download:

• The contact list can be downloaded from the app to send to the printer for sending funeral cards.
• A register, including all condolence messages and memories left behind, can be downloaded in the condolence register.

You can delete documents, files and data from the place where you saved/completed them.

So if you want to delete a photo that you have entered as a reminder, go to memories and find the memory you want to delete.

To make it easy for you, you can filter at the top of the page by type of document/file that you have saved and/or by date/period.
