The 'About Time General Terms and Conditions', available at About Time General Terms and Conditions, are part of these terms and conditions relating to cards.

About Time's General Terms and Conditions may contain conditions relating to the collection and use of personal data, general provision thereof on the basis of the services offered by About Time, choice of law, compulsory arbitration (if applicable) and location.

The gift card can only be redeemed for the full term indicated on the gift card and cannot be used for other purchases (such as data bundles, trial offers and Table Talkers).

The card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be returned or resold (except where required by law).

You must have or register an About Time account in the country of purchase in order to redeem the gift card. In order to use or register an About Time account, you must meet the applicable age requirements in About Time's General Terms and Conditions.

The gift card must be redeemed within 24 months of purchase. After this, the code expires and the card can no longer be used for purchases.

The gift card is intended for one-time use; the full term is added to the account for which you use the gift card. Once used, the code becomes invalid and cannot be used again.

About Time and its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unauthorised use of stolen or fraudulently obtained cards.

The About Time gift card is provided by About Time Software B.V., Chamber of Commerce number 90698207.

These conditions take precedence if the conditions relating to gift cards are inconsistent or conflict with the conditions printed on a card.
